About the Role
A welcoming primary school in Slough is seeking a Year 5 Teacher to join their team from September. This role offers the opportunity to guide pupils through a key stage of learning and prepare them for the transition to upper KS2.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 5 lessons across the curriculum
- Monitor pupil progress and provide effective feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
