Role Responsibilities
- Deliver a broad, relevant and engaging Music curriculum to students
- Motivate, challenge and support students to achieve their potential
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support improvement
- Contribute to whole school initiatives to raise attainment and promote independent learning
Person Specification
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills, sensitive and effective with pupils and colleagues
- Organised and able to manage workload efficiently
- Knowledge of strategies to inspire students and improve outcomes
