About the Role
A secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a SENCo to lead and develop SEND provision from September. You will play a key role in ensuring inclusive practice across the school and supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SEND provision and strategy across the school
- Oversee EHCP processes, reviews, and interventions
- Work with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Support staff in delivering inclusive teaching practices
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with SEND legislation
About You
- QTS and SENCo experience or qualification
- Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practice
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Commitment to inclusion and pupil progress
