About the Role

A secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a SENCo to lead and develop SEND provision from September. You will play a key role in ensuring inclusive practice across the school and supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision and strategy across the school
• Oversee EHCP processes, reviews, and interventions
• Work with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Support staff in delivering inclusive teaching practices
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with SEND legislation

About You

• QTS and SENCo experience or qualification
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practice
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Commitment to inclusion and pupil progress
