About the Role

A welcoming mainstream primary school in Hungerford is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January or as soon as possible. You’ll support pupils with additional needs across the classroom and in targeted interventions, helping them access learning and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support

Assist with differentiated classroom activities

Support emotional, social, and academic development

Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO

Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement

About You

Experience supporting SEN pupils in a UK primary school setting

Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to inclusive education and pupil progress
