Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a positive difference in school life? We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools in Hertfordshire.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is caring, patient, and enthusiastic about helping children thrive, academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, Learning Difficulties)
  • Providing 1:1 support as well as small-group interventions
  • Assisting the class teacher with personalised learning plans
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional well-being
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
  • Is passionate about SEN and supporting young learners
  • Is calm, nurturing, and adaptable
  • Works well as part of a supportive team
  • Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
