SEN Teacher
Location: Bedfordshire (Bedford, Luton, and surrounding areas)
Contract Type: Long-Term / Day-to-Day / Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate / Post Half-Term
Salary: £140–£250 per day (depending on experience)

Dunbar Education are working closely with a network of SEN schools and specialist provisions across Bedfordshire, seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to join their teams from after half term.
We are looking for five experienced and qualified SEN Teachers to work with pupils who have a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and complex learning difficulties. These roles are available in both primary and secondary SEN settings, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions.
The Role:
- Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Support pupils with additional needs in small classes or on a 1:1 basis
- Work collaboratively with TAs, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver high-quality education and care
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages progress and engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) – Essential
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN or additional learning needs
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Positive, empathetic, and resilient attitude
- Commitment to inclusion and student development
