About the Role

An SEN school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. You’ll deliver structured and supportive lessons tailored to pupils with additional needs, promoting both academic progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for SEN learners
  • Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
  • Work closely with support staff and external professionals
  • Monitor progress and contribute to individual education plans
  • Maintain a safe and structured classroom environment

About You

  • QTS with experience teaching in SEN settings
  • Strong understanding of additional needs and inclusive practice
  • Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
  • A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
