About the Role

• Teach and support pupils within the school’s High COIN Unit (Communication and Interaction Needs)
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to each pupil’s EHCP
• Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and therapists to ensure holistic support
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment where every child can achieve their potential

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience supporting pupils with autism, speech, language, or communication needs
• Passionate about inclusion and personalised learning
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
