About the Role

A mainstream secondary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Science Teacher to join their team from January on a short-term basis. This six-week booking is ideal for a teacher looking to deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 within a supportive and well-organised department.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned Science lessons

Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour, and achievement

Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback

Work collaboratively with departmental colleagues

Ensure continuity of learning during the short-term placement

About You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools

Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4

Effective classroom and behaviour management skills

A professional and adaptable approach
