Maths And Design & Technology Teacher

A mainstream secondary school in Banbury is seeking a Maths and Design & Technology Teacher to join their team immediately on a full-time, long-term basis. This role focuses on delivering engaging KS3 lessons across both subject areas, supporting continuity of learning through to the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Maths and Design & Technology lessons at KS3
• Plan and adapt lessons in line with curriculum requirements
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear feedback
• Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with departmental colleagues and wider school staff

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Maths and/or DT in UK secondary schools
• Confident delivering KS3 curriculum content in both subject areas
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A flexible and professional approach to a mixed-subject teaching timetable
