Ks1 Teacher
The Role:
Our client, a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wellingborough, is looking for a passionate KS1 Teacher to join their team from January. This role offers reduced marking workload and a structured planning scheme, allowing you to focus on what matters most – teaching and supporting pupils’ learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons to KS1 pupils (Years 1 & 2)
- Plan and assess lessons using the school’s planning scheme
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS1 or early years
- Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
