Ks1 Teacher

The Role:

Our client, a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wellingborough, is looking for a passionate KS1 Teacher to join their team from January. This role offers reduced marking workload and a structured planning scheme, allowing you to focus on what matters most – teaching and supporting pupils’ learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons to KS1 pupils (Years 1 & 2)
• Plan and assess lessons using the school’s planning scheme
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1 or early years
• Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
