The Role
As the EYFS Class Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons following the EYFS Framework
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment both indoors and outdoors
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil progress
- Monitor, assess, and record children’s development to inform next steps in learning
- Foster a safe, positive, and joyful classroom environment where every child feels valued
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in an EYFS setting (including ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
- Passionate about early childhood development and play-based learning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Committed to inclusive practice and supporting all learners
