The Role

As the EYFS Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons following the EYFS Framework
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment both indoors and outdoors
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil progress
• Monitor, assess, and record children’s development to inform next steps in learning
• Foster a safe, positive, and joyful classroom environment where every child feels valued

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in an EYFS setting (including ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
• Passionate about early childhood development and play-based learning
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Committed to inclusive practice and supporting all learners
