About the Role

A secondary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking an English Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will support students in developing strong literacy, analytical, and communication skills, ensuring consistent progress and positive learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing targeted feedback
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

About You

• QTS and experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for English language and literature
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to raising student attainment
