About the Role
An established secondary school in Smethwick is seeking an experienced Business Studies Teacher to join their team after October half term. The successful candidate will deliver engaging KS4–KS5 lessons, helping students develop real-world business understanding and achieve strong academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business curriculum
- Contribute to departmental initiatives and whole-school improvement
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies within UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire student engagement
- A commitment to achieving excellent results and supporting pupil development
