Business Studies Teacher

A mainstream secondary school in Banbury is seeking a Business Studies Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a full-time temporary basis. You’ll deliver engaging lessons that support pupils’ understanding of key business principles and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5

Monitor and assess student progress effectively

Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development

Maintain a positive and structured learning environment

Support wider school initiatives and enrichment activities

About You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Business Studies in UK secondary schools

Strong subject knowledge across GCSE and A-Level content

Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

A commitment to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
