Business Studies Teacher

Dunbar Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Smethwick area. This is a long-term role covering all aspects of a full teaching position, with the potential for continuation beyond the initial period.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5, inspiring students to develop a real-world understanding of business and enterprise. This position involves full teaching responsibilities, including:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons
• Marking and assessing student work
• Attending parents’ evenings and departmental meetings
• Contributing to curriculum development and the wider school community

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and/or KS5
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
