Alternative Provision Teacher
About the Role
An SEN school in Berkshire is seeking an Alternative Provision Teacher to support pupils who require a personalised approach to learning. You will deliver targeted lessons that re-engage pupils and support their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised learning programmes
- Support pupils with SEMH and additional needs
- Build strong relationships to improve engagement
- Work with support staff and external agencies
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies
About You
- QTS and experience working with SEN or alternative provision
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Ability to engage disengaged learners
- Flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
