Alternative Provision Teacher

About the Role

An SEN school in Berkshire is seeking an Alternative Provision Teacher to support pupils who require a personalised approach to learning. You will deliver targeted lessons that re-engage pupils and support their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised learning programmes
• Support pupils with SEMH and additional needs
• Build strong relationships to improve engagement
• Work with support staff and external agencies
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies

About You

• QTS and experience working with SEN or alternative provision
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Ability to engage disengaged learners
• Flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
