Cycle Mechanic – Special Provision (Milton Keynes) £120–£130 per day | Monday–Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Full-Time, Ongoing Are you a passionate Cycle Mechanic who wants to make a real difference? We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic mechanic to deliver Level 1 & 2 Cycle Mechanics training to young people within a special provision in Milton Keynes. This is a rewarding, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching practical skills and helping others build confidence and purpose through vocational learning. The Role Deliver engaging and practical cycle maintenance lessons (Level 1 & 2) Support young people to gain qualifications and transferable skills Maintain workshop safety and manage tools and materials effectively Work collaboratively with the wider education team to inspire positive outcomes The Ideal Candidate Holds a Level 3 qualification in Cycle Mechanics (or equivalent) Has strong communication and mentoring skills Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people Previous experience in a training, mentoring, or education environment preferred Benefits Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (no evenings or weekends) 25 days’ annual leave plus Christmas and Easter breaks Supportive team environment with full on-site training A chance to make a genuine impact in young people’s lives
