• Familiar with a range of assessment strategies and adapting planning accordingly
• Proven ability to engage pupils in EAL through practical and theory-based approaches
• Experience working with students of mixed abilities and supporting those with additional needs
• Creative and reflective practitioner with a passion for continuous improvement
• Qualified to teach EAL across key stages with UK curriculum experience
