What to do when you confirm an interview? #

  1. Email ‘Dunbar Whole Company’ to alert everyone of the interview. It is essential it follows the below format:

Subject
Interview for CANDIDATE NAME at CLIENT NAME on DATE for SUBJECT AND TEMP/PERM

Body
Interview for CANDIDATE NAME at CLIENT NAME on DATE for SUBJECT AND TEMP/PERM
Interview From –  Single Eshot/Job Worked on/ Weekly Eshot/ Other (Specify)
Candidate Sourced – Job Eshot / Daily Search / CV Library / Reed

2. Confirm the interview through Adapt #

  • Go to the job
  • Click on ‘Interviews and Assignments’
  • Click ‘Interview’
  • Complete the requested action
  • Check that the emails which pop up are to the right people and have the correct information (see below)
  • Candidate Email (Please ensure that you check which documents we have to know what we require. If in doubt, check with Compliance team)
  • Client Email Please ensure you send the terms through Adapt by selecting them when confirming interview. These must be sent at interview confirmation stage, unless you have sent these to your client in the last 3 months or have terms agreed (If in doubt, send)
  • Send the emails to both candidate and client

Once interview has been attended #

  • Go to the job
  • Click on ‘Interviews and Assignments’
  • Select the Interview by ticking box
  • Click Interview attended

If a candidate is offered the role #

  • Go to the job
  • Click on ‘Interviews and Assignments’
  • Select the Interview by ticking box
  • Click Offer Made
  • Select the suitable option and follow steps (no docs to be sent)

If a candidate accepts of declines the role #

  • Go to the job
  • Click on ‘Interviews and Assignments’
  • Select the Interview by ticking box
  • Click Acc/Rej Offer and follow steps (no docs to be sent)
