English Teacher

About the Role

A middle school in Berkshire is seeking an English Teacher to join their team on a short-term basis from Easter. You will deliver engaging lessons that support literacy development and ensure continuity of learning for pupils.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS2/KS3
• Assess and monitor pupil progress
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils’ reading, writing, and communication skills
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity

About You

• QTS and experience teaching English in UK schools
• Strong understanding of literacy development
• Effective classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
