About the Role

A secondary school in Berkshire is seeking a Chemistry Teacher to join their Science department on a permanent basis. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS4 and KS5, supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes and develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons across KS4 and KS5
  • Plan and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide targeted support
  • Maintain a safe and well-managed laboratory environment
  • Contribute to departmental planning and development

About You

  • QTS and experience teaching Chemistry in UK secondary schools
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of exam specifications
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A commitment to raising standards and student achievement
