About the Role

A secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a Head of Geography to lead and develop the department. You will drive curriculum innovation, support staff development, and ensure strong student outcomes across all key stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Geography department
• Develop and implement an engaging curriculum
• Monitor student progress and raise attainment
• Support and mentor teaching staff
• Contribute to whole-school leadership initiatives

About You

• QTS and experience teaching Geography in UK secondary schools
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Commitment to raising standards
