About the Role

A secondary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Science Teacher with potential for additional responsibility. You’ll deliver engaging lessons while contributing to departmental development and raising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Science across KS3 and KS4
• Support curriculum development and departmental improvement
• Monitor pupil progress and attainment
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Contribute to wider school initiatives

About You

• QTS and experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Leadership potential or experience (desirable)
• A proactive and collaborative approach
