A primary SEMH school in Slough is recruiting an Alternative Provision Teacher to support pupils who require tailored learning pathways outside of the traditional classroom model. The role focuses on re-engaging learners and supporting their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised learning programmes
- Support pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges
- Build positive relationships to re-engage students with education
- Track progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly
- Work closely with pastoral and support teams
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK schools
- Strong understanding of behaviour support strategies
- Flexible and creative approach to teaching
