About the Role

A primary SEMH school in Slough is recruiting an Alternative Provision Teacher to support pupils who require tailored learning pathways outside of the traditional classroom model. The role focuses on re-engaging learners and supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised learning programmes
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges
  • Build positive relationships to re-engage students with education
  • Track progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly
  • Work closely with pastoral and support teams

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in UK schools
  • Strong understanding of behaviour support strategies
  • Flexible and creative approach to teaching
