About the Role

A specialist primary SEMH school in Slough is seeking an EYFS & KS1 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on supporting young learners with social, emotional and mental health needs through structured learning, clear routines and personalised support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons tailored to EYFS and KS1 learners
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs through structured teaching approaches
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists
  • Monitor progress and adapt learning plans accordingly
  • Maintain a calm, consistent classroom environment

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in UK schools, ideally with SEND or SEMH learners
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
