About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a welcoming one-form entry primary school in Leighton Buzzard. The school has a strong sense of community and a focus on high-quality teaching and learning. As the Year 4 class teacher, you’ll play a key role in a supportive team that values creativity, collaboration, and a balanced approach to education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform next steps in learning
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to the wider school community through events, clubs, and enrichment activities

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent UK experience in Key Stage 2
• Confident understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices
• Skilled in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Flexible, proactive, and keen to make a lasting impact within a smaller school setting
