Thinking Educator Co-Ordinator (Literacy 1-1 Support)

Location: Epping, Essex

Start date: January 2026 (Permanent)

Contract: Full-time, permanent – school-based role

Salary: £20,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)

Training Provided: Full training and course funding offered

We’re seeking a dedicated Thinking Educator Co-ordinator to deliver 1-1 and small-group literacy interventions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about reading, communication, and inclusion — and who’s open to progressing into teaching or learning support leadership in the future.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering targeted 1-1 and small-group literacy support.
• Coordinating literacy interventions and tracking progress.
• Working closely with English and SEND teams to tailor learning plans.
• Building strong relationships with students and supporting wider learning goals.
• Accessing funded professional training and CPD as part of your role.
