About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Business Studies to join a thriving and forward-thinking secondary school in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging lessons that bring real-world business concepts to life and inspire students to develop commercial awareness and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across KS4–KS5 in line with the national curriculum.
- Inspire students through practical, relevant, and engaging approaches to Business Studies.
- Use assessment data to track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.
- Maintain high expectations for student achievement, conduct, and participation.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant subject degree.
- Strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum and current educational developments.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners of all abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- A creative, flexible, and reflective approach to teaching and learning.
