About the Role:

We are seeking an organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our management team and staff. You will ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly, supporting a busy and dynamic work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting while contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of the office, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Your work will directly support staff and leadership, helping to maintain professional standards and streamline office processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.

  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence and reports.

  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.

  • Assist with event planning and coordination.

  • Support management and colleagues with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
