About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide essential technical support across our hardware, software, and networking systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that our systems run efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries, providing guidance to staff and ensuring that IT operations are seamless. Your work will enable staff to focus on their roles without disruption, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organisation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.

  • Provide guidance and training to staff on IT best practices.

  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and support records.

  • Ensure timely response to support requests while maintaining high-quality service.
