Kieran is one of our dynamic Principal Consultants here at Dunbar Education. With a strong focus on secondary schools across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire, Kieran brings a wealth of expertise and passion to every placement he supports.
Before joining Dunbar in 2022, Kieran spent 7 years working hands-on in the education sector, giving him a deep understanding of the needs of both schools and candidates alike. That frontline experience, paired with his dedication to building strong partnerships, makes him a trusted advisor to the schools he works with.
Outside the office, Kieran is a bit of a foodie who loves experimenting in the kitchen, and he tries to balance it out with the occasional gym session. A big football fan through and through, you’ll often find him on the pitch, in the stands, or glued to a controller, enjoying the virtual game!
What I love about recruitment is ensuring that both Candidates and Clients have found the perfect match. I really enjoy the reward of finding someone the perfect solution and building relationships.

In another life, I think I would be a teacher. Secondary or Primary trained, not sure, but I know that I would still have a passion for Education.
If I won the lottery tomorrow, I’d like to open a restaurant/café. This has always been a dream of mine.
If I wasn’t so good at my job, I wouldn’t be in it! Teachers, support staff and schools wouldn’t have the support they need.
If I were a superhero, my superpower would be to be super rich and intelligent like Ironman! Probably not, but I can dream!
